Comfortable planning, design and processing of CFC plans and SFC versions

PLSDOC® CFC-D - Generating/Editing of CFCs/SFCs

Comfortable planning, design and processing of CFC plans and SFC versions

PLSDOC® CFC-D provides reverse engineering of CFCs and SFCs and simple and intuitive designing of step chains and CFC plans.

  • Design and editing of function plans with the help of the CFC editor according to EN 61131-3 resp. IEC 61131-3
  • Comparision of different CFC/SFC versions with graphical visualization of changes

Optional:

  • Reading and visualization of existing logics of existing process control systems
  • Detection of differences, e.g. between planning and implementatino status of CFCs or SFCs

Creating and editing of CFCs
PLSDOC® CFC-D - creating/editing of CFCs/SFCs - comfortable planning, designing and processing of CFC plans and SFC versions

Benefits

  • Comfortable and intuitive desgn of CFCs and SFCs
  • Flexible, project-based modular library
  • Increased plant safety: fault-free CFC/SFC planning and documentation to  the largest extent possible minimize risks at system start
  • Reduction of current costs: e.g. support for the generation of ducuments for audits or software engineering (planning and monitoring of realization)
  • Transparency due to revision administration: traceability and comparability of versions
  • Documentation of the plant life cycle

Functions

  • Comfortable planning, design and processing of CFC plans or SFC versions with the help of the CFC editor
  • Customizable project library for SFCs and CFCs
  • Plausibility check for signal processing
  • CFC/SFC delta function: comparison of CFC versions with graphical visualization of changes
  • Revision administration: gapless change history of generated CFC plans or  SFC versions

Technologies

  • Central, database-related plant documetation in CFC presentation
  • Generation of HTML and PDF documents
  • Hyperlinks to other sequence controls and measuring points
  • CFC/SFC processing via CFC editor
  • Company-wide solution: multiproject and multiuser functionality
